Caring for our Congregation is a part of all our ministries at SPSA. We have a Congregational Care Lay Ministry Team who supports visitation, meals in emergencies, and ongoing support to our community. We also minister to one another in the following special ways:
-Joys and Concerns:
- Time is set aside in Sunday worship to share and ask for support
- Prayer support
-Visitation: Pastors and congregation members visit others regularly and when special needs arise
- Hospital Visits
- New Baby Support
- Home Bound or Residence visits
- Support in emergencies
-Pastoral Care: Our pastoral team is always available to support you
- Counseling
- Prayer Support
- Home and Hospital Pastoral Visitation
- Grief / Bereavement Support
-Wellness Programs: We have ongoing and special opportunites and programs for self-care
- Yoga: Wednesday evenings 7:30 pm
- Pilates: Tuesday evenings 6:30 pm
- Meditation
- Living with Loss Groups
