Committed with the gospel message of bringing hope, love, and reconciliation, SPSA has traveled to many parts of the United States and the world in work missions. Most recently, members of the congregation have worked with the people of the Diné (Navajo) Nation during their VBS, helped build a sanctuary for a Methodist congregation in Cuba, designed and painted a mural for a rural, elementary school in Costa Rica…

In the past, SPSA has sent work mission groups to build houses in Bridgeport, CT; work alongside community members in Ghana; help with church and parsonage reconstructions in Havana, Cuba; work with victims of a hurricane in Jayuya, Puerto Rico and many other things.
SPSA works alongside communities to empower others and to be in solidarity with God’s people all around the globe.
